MQA can now offer detailed online training for food safety, covering all major aspects of food safety helping to ensure that people who eat in your establishment do not suffer from food poisoning.

Over 5.5 million people every year suffer from food poisoning, which needs to be rectified.

This course is to teach your staff how to implement a good work flow and know how to deal with food safely from the start, ending with the consumption of the food.

All online users have free access to a risk assessment form; to complete this all you do is follow 5 simple steps.

Once a course has been purchased it will expire one calendar year from the day it is bought. When a user has passed and completed a main course, they will receive a certificate of achievement which lasts for three years; refresher course certificates will expire one calendar year from completion.
